number, LinkedIn profile URL, college/organisation name, city, and areas of interest. We collect only what
is necessary to connect builders across India.

Your information is used to: facilitate introductions between builders, send event announcements and
community updates, display aggregate statistics on the India Innovation Map (no personally identifiable
details are shown), and improve our platform and events. We do not use your data for advertising.

Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. Data
may be shared with: event co-organisers (only as necessary), platform partners such as UptoSkills for event
registration, and community partners for specific collaborations — always with your prior awareness. All
partners are required to handle data responsibly.

WhatsApp Community
Our WhatsApp community is governed by WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy. When you join, your phone number
becomes visible to other group members. Do not share sensitive personal information in the group. OBN is not
responsible for content shared by members in the WhatsApp group.

Cookies & Analytics
This website is a static site and does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts. The 3D
India map and all interactive features run entirely in your browser — no data is transmitted to our servers
from these interactions.

Retention & Deletion
We retain your information for as long as you are an active community member. You may request deletion of
your data at any time by contacting us. Upon request, we will remove your information from our records
within 14 business days.

Rights
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, request
deletion of your data, withdraw consent for communication at any time, and lodge a complaint with the
relevant data protection authority in India.

OBN is intended for individuals aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
